Product description
We request your Vietnam visa authorisation letter and send you the letter and a form N1 by email. You have to print both documents and bring them (including a passport photo) to your airport of arrival in Vietnam. Upon arrival in Vietnam, you are required to hand in the documents and your passport at the Vietnamese immigration. After paying the stamping fees in Vietnam, you receive your actual visa.

Processing time
The processing time of the visa authorisation letter is based on the processing time of the Vietnamese immigration office. We initiate our request after we received your application. The Vietnamese immigration reserves the right to require additional information, delaying the processing time. We will inform you about unforeseen delays, but we waive any responsibility and are not liable for any damage or whatsoever related to your trip to Vietnam in case your request is delayed or not accepted by the Vietnamese immigration. YourVisaforVietnam.com will refund charged fees in case your application was refused, but not if an application is affected by external factors such as cancelled/changed flight schedules and/or other activities.
